Does any of this sound familiar?
- You start the day with a plan and end it wondering where the time went.
- The small tasks pile up until they feel impossible: emails, forms, laundry, appointments.
- Your teen is bright and capable, but homework turns into a nightly battle.
- You’ve tried planners, apps and “just trying harder,” and nothing sticks.
- You’re the one holding your family’s schedule together, and you’re running on empty.
If even one of these sounds like your week, this practice was built with you in mind. I work with people who are diagnosed or self-identified as ADHD, Autistic or AuDHD, and with the parents and caregivers who support them.
Meet Alexandra
Hi, I'm Alexandra.
I’m a Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario, and I help neurodivergent people and their families turn good intentions into routines that hold up on real, messy days. Expect small experiments, honest check-ins and zero lectures.
This isn’t generic life coaching. It’s targeted, behaviourally-grounded support built around how your brain works, not against it.
Support that meets you where you are
What we offer

Parent Foundations
For caregivers who want to build sustainable systems at home — covering routines, transitions, communication strategies, emotional dysregulation, and executive function support for the whole family.

Family Foundations
For families with a neurodivergent teen. We work together and separately to build focus and function at every level.

Adult Foundations
One-on-one coaching for neurodivergent adults who want to build executive function skills and create systems that actually work for your brain.
Where we might start
Most people come in with a long list. We pick one thing first. Common starting points:
- A morning that gets everyone out the door without a single reminder shouted up the stairs
- A ten-minute end-of-day reset so tomorrow doesn’t start behind
- A homework start time your teen chooses, and actually sticks to
- One place where every bill, form and appointment lands, so nothing hides

Common Questions
Coaching focuses on where you are now, where you want to be, and the practical steps to get there.
No. Coaching and therapy are complementary, but they do different jobs. Therapy often focuses on processing past experiences, understanding the “why,” and emotional healing. Coaching focuses on understanding how your brain works now and building the skills and habits that lead to individualized results and long-term change.
Can they be used together? Yes. Many people find that coaching and therapy work well alongside each other.
I provide specialized executive function coaching, tailored to each person I support. My approach uses evidence-based behaviour change strategies adapted for neurodivergent brains. Each week, you’ll leave with a strategy targeted to your goals. Over time, we’ll build systems that work with your brain to help reduce emotional flooding, impulsivity, and procrastination, so you can reach your goals.
I’m also neurodivergent myself. I differ from traditional coaches because I’m a regulated health professional in Ontario. In addition to holding a master’s degree, I completed 2,000 hours of supervised fieldwork and passed the 4-hour BCBA certification exam. To keep my credential, I complete ongoing continuing education. My college also runs a Quality Assurance Program, and I may be selected for a peer-assisted review. In a review, a trained fellow behaviour analyst looks at how I practise, including my practice files, and interviews me to confirm that I’m meeting professional standards. It’s one of the ways my college helps make sure clients receive safe, high-quality care. You can read more under “What are your qualifications?” below.
Coaching works best for people who want to put strategies into practice in real life, right away. It helps to be open to trying something different to reach your goals. My services are designed specifically around executive function needs, and I break strategies down into achievable steps to help you succeed.
It’s a fair concern, and one I take seriously. The goal isn’t to add more to your plate; it’s to make what’s already there easier. Each session, you’ll leave with one targeted strategy broken into achievable steps, designed to fit into the routines you already have. If something isn’t working, we adjust it together.
No. Many clients come in newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply noticing patterns they want support with. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to begin.
That’s very common, and it doesn’t stand in the way of working together. Many people I support are also navigating things like anxiety, learning differences, sleep difficulties, or other diagnoses alongside ADHD or autism.
My work focuses on executive functioning and practical behaviour support: routines, planning, follow-through, and the strategies that fit your life. We’ll look at the whole picture in the consult and assessment so the support reflects what you’re actually dealing with.
I don’t provide therapy or medical treatment, so if something would be better supported by another professional, I’ll tell you and help you work out who might be a good fit. I’m also happy to work alongside your existing providers, with your permission.
That’s completely okay. Reaching out can feel like a lot, and you don’t need to have it all figured out first. The free consult is a short, low-pressure conversation where you can ask anything, and we’ll work out together whether this is the right fit. There’s no obligation to book anything afterward.
