ADULT FOUNDATIONS · FOR NEURODIVERGENT ADULTS
Stop starting over every Monday.
One-on-one support for ADHD, Autistic and AuDHD adults, whether you’re diagnosed, self-identified or still figuring it out. We build routines and systems around your real energy, interests and schedule, so the things you care about stop slipping.
Does this sound familiar?
- You have five planners and three apps, each abandoned after a week.
- Bills, forms and emails sit untouched until they turn urgent.
- You're great in a crisis but stuck on the ordinary stuff.
- You've spent years masking, and it's wearing you out.
- You were identified recently, or never, and you're wondering what now.
NO MORE BORROWED SYSTEMS
Built around how your days actually go
Most productivity advice assumes a brain that runs on willpower and consistency. We start with how your days really go, then design supports that fit, like a drop station by the door or a phone charger in every room.
Small changes to your setup can take a surprising amount off your plate, and leave more energy for the things you enjoy.

Questions about this package
Yes. You don’t need a diagnosis to work with me.
Knowing what to do is rarely the problem. The hard part is turning it into action on an ordinary day. Skills-based support focuses on that gap through routines, planning, getting started and follow-through. Research on ADHD coaching has found improvements in study skills, executive functioning, self-esteem and day-to-day functioning. The tools I use, such as visual supports, self-management and adjusting the setup before a task, are well-established evidence-based practices for autistic people. This work isn’t a replacement for medication, therapy or medical care, and it can work well alongside them. And because every plan is measured, we’ll know whether something is working and change course if it isn’t.
Many people find it helpful to turn new self-understanding into practical changes. We’ll go at whatever pace feels right.
No. Coaching and therapy are complementary, but they do different jobs. Therapy often focuses on processing past experiences, understanding the “why,” and emotional healing. Coaching focuses on understanding how your brain works now and building the skills and habits that lead to individualized results and long-term change
